The difference between hosting and publishing is marked.

Simple hosting has a very limited amount of bandwidth, disk space and does not include a domain name.  Hosting is a good venue for personal and Club/Gaming sites.

Publishing includes large amounts of bandwidth, disk space, unlimited file types and includes a domain name.  All professional sites must be published.
